SHARE Fish of the Year: Walleye on Chicago lakefront

Click here for the FOTY, a 31.5-inch walleye caught by Bob Anderson at the slip north of 87th Street, as my column today on the Sun-Times outdoors page.

Typically, the FOTY comes from Fish of the Week. But this one came so late in the year (Monday), it really doubles as FOTY and FOTW.

There are many ways to send nominations for FOTW, the weekly celebration of big fish around Chicago fishing on the Sun-Times outdoors page each Wednesday:  Facebook (Dale Bowman), Twitter (@BowmanOutside) or email (straycasts@sbcglobal.net).
