LOCAL ANGLE: Nice to know the new “Scooby-Doo! Stage Fright” animated film — available on Blu-Ray and DVD Tuesday — largely takes place in Chicago. Scooby, joined by Shaggy and the rest of the Mystery, Inc. gang, travel here when Fred and Daphne end up as finalists on a TV talent show. The film showcases Our Town’s famous skyline, pizza and even a haunted opera house — that’s clearly not our Lyric!
