Those wild and wacky guys at Blue Man Group are inviting the public to the opening of the long-running show’s new outdoor gallery, beginning at 11:30 a.m. Friday. The gallery is located on the wall on the south façade of the Briar Street Theatre, 3133 N. Halsted. It will feature six 10-by-10-foot blowups of paintings created by artists, inspired by Blue Man Group.

Among the showcased artwork who won the right to be part of the installation are local area artists Dan Olvera, Audrius Plioplys, and Candace Wark and Shirley Nannini working collectively as Wind Flow Photography.
