FASHION FLASH: Local designer Mark Roscoe has headed to Los Angeles for a Monday photo shoot featuring his designs with actress Bai Ling (“The Crow,” “Red Corner,” “Entourage,” “Lost”)

Roscoe, who unveiled his latest collection at the “Emerge!” showcase for top emerging fashion designers, during New York’s recent Fashion Week, will also be participating at Fashion Focus Chicago for StyleChicago.com on Oct. 18.
