While Catherine Zeta-Jones has continued to keep mum about her marriage to Michael Douglas — it does look increasingly likely the separated couple are moving toward resolving their issues.
The Oscar-winning actress would not comment about Douglas during her outing Sunday at a dance event in New York, where she was the honoree.
However, the fact she was again wearing her wedding ring was taken as a signal she is close to a reconciliation with Douglas, who praised her during his Emmy acceptance speech last week.
“I think it’s a good sign she’s wearing her ring,” said a friend of the couple. “There was some time there where that was not the case. … Michael has worked so hard to reconcile things with Catherine, and I think she also wants to see if they can work everything out.”
