At candidates’ forum in Mount Prospect, Kirk Dillard came to the podium and immediately lashed out at BRuce Rauner.

“It’s great that Mr. Rauner could work this one into his schedule,” said Dillard in what was billed as a “friendly” forum for the four candidates running for governor in Illinois.

Sitting not far away was Rauner, who smirked.

“I served the last clean and competent governor … Jim Edgar,” Dillard said.
