Pizza chain Giordano’s, which recently opened a South Loop restaurant, will move into the vacated Ann Sather space in Andersonville later this year.

Giordano’s confirmed the move to the Chicago Tribune and DNAInfo.com. No timetable for the opening was given to moving into the building at 5207 N. Clark St.

Giordano’s intends to open at least five restaurants this year, mostly to the north. The South Loop restaurant, 1340 S. Michigan Ave., was the pizza chain’s first new restaurant since 2011. The chain has 41 restaurants in the Chicago area and three in Florida.
