Women's clothing store Clothes Minded to close

Women’s clothing store Clothes Minded plans to shut down Feb. 26 as owner and founder Sandy Horwitz retires after 42 years in business, DNAInfo.com reports.

Horwitz, 70, announced the closing in an email advertising “Good Byes and Good Buys.” The store is at 1735 N. Damen Ave.
