SHARE Baxter accuses Johnson & Johnson of patent violations

Baxter International Inc. is suing a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary, alleging the health products giant is infringing on patents for a product used to stop bleeding during surgery. Deerfield-based Baxter says SurgiFlo, a product marketed by a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary, violates six patents it holds, reports.
