The Haymaker Shop and Urban Mischief boutiques on Clark Street in Andersonville are closing.

Rising lease rates are among the reasons cited for the closures, DNAInfo.com reports.

Haymaker, 5507 N. Clark St., will close Feb. 2. Urban Mischief, 5135 N. Clark St., will have a half-off sale Jan. 9 to Jan. 12.

Haymaker owner Arrin Williams said he has ideas for “future retail iterations” for its locally sourced, hand-made furniture and housewares.

Owner Shelly Elfstrom said Urban Mischief will partner with men’s clothier J.Hilburn on a new venture.
