Harrison Street in deal to buy Mass. rehab centers

A joint venture involving Chicago’s Harrison Street Real Estate Capital has completed a $90 million deal for two Massachusetts rehabilitation hospitals.

Harrison and Sanders Trust of Alabama paired up to buy New England Rehabilitation Hospital in Woburn and Braintree Rehabilitation Hospital in Braintree from Senior Housing Properties Trust, the Boston Business Journal reports.

Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle managed the deal.
