Our long national nightmare is over — Shake Shack is set to open Nov. 4. In what has to be one of the longest waits for a burger shop, the chain announced last year it would to serve up its burgers and frozen custards at 66 E. Ohio in River North. A second location at Michigan and Madison is on the radar for 2015.
