A new survey from Bankrate.com shows we truly are becoming a cashless society.

Specifically, a majority of Americans say they usually have less than $50 in cash in their wallet. Here’s the detailed breakdown:

The survey also found that women are more likely than men to carry less than $20 in cash, and as you’d expect, lower-income people ($30,000 or less) are more likely to carry less cash.
