Two shot in Broadview

(BROADVIEW) Broadview police are searching for two suspects after two people were shot in the west suburb Monday night.

The shooting happened about 9:12 p.m. at Roosevelt Road and Broadview Avenue, according to a release from Broadview police.

A man and a woman were shot in their vehicle “as they attempted to leave the area,” police said.

Both are in “stable” condition at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, police said.

Two suspects ran off after the shooting, police said. Authorities found about 30 spent rounds of ammunition at the scene.
