(DOWNERS GROVE) Three west suburban men have been charged with stealing a woman’s cell phone as she got out of a vehicle in front of her Downers Grove home.

Devonte Miles

Jamarrion King, 17; Devonte Miles, 18; and Tallen Patrick Casey, 20; all of Downers Grove, are charged with one count of felony armed robbery, according to the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s office.

Prosecutors said the three armed men approached the woman in front of her home about 11:30 p.m. Sunday. Two of the men pointed guns at the woman and stole her cell phone before running off, a statement from prosecutors said.

Tallen Casey

Casey faces an additional count of armed robbery for approaching a man in a Westmont parking lot while armed and stealing his wallet, prosecutors allege.

Judge Karen Wilson set bond at $300,000 for King and Casey on Wednesday. Bond for Miles was set at $400,000. All three men are scheduled to appear in court June 9 in Wheaton.
