A man was shot in the Northwest Side Portage Park neighborhood Wednesday afternoon.

The 24-year-old man suffered a graze wound to the side about 2:50 p.m. in the 3300 block of North Lamon Avenue, police said.

The man was uncooperative with police and refused medical attention, police said.

Police said the shooting may be gang-related.

Area North detectives are investigating.
