Man shot in Fuller Park

A man was shot Wednesday morning in the Fuller Park neighborhood on the South Side.

The shooting happened in the 4700 block of South Shields Avenue at 10:05 a.m., police News Affairs Officer Jose Estrada said.

A 28-year-old man was shot in the hip and taken to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County in good condition, Estrada said.
