Police are seeking help identifying this man.

A man found on the North Side early Thursday suffering from memory loss has been identified.

The man was found at North Clark Street and West Waveland Avenue about 8 a.m., according to the Area North Special Victims Unit. Police initially did not know who he was and said the man was suffering from memory loss.

His family has identified him as of late Friday afternoon, police said.
