A man was injured Friday afternoon in a drive-by shooting in the Morgan Park neighborhood on the Far South Side.

The man, 24, was standing in the street about 2 p.m. in the 11200 block of South Marshfield Avenue, when a vehicle approached and someone inside fired shots, striking him in the leg, police said.

He was taken in good condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, police said.
