Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a 16-year-old boy missing from the South Side West Englewood neighborhood for two weeks.

Scottie Smith, 16, was last seen July 7 when he left the family resident in the 2000 block of West 69th Street and never came home, according to a community alert from Chicago Police.

He is described as a 5-foot-7, 140-pound, black boy, with black hair, brown eyes and a medium complexion, police said.

Anyone with information on Smith’s whereabouts should contact Area South detectives at (312) 747-8274.
