SHARE Angus Chemical put up for sale by Dow: report

Dow Chemical Co. has hired investment bankers to sell two specialty chemicals subsidiaries, including Buffalo Grove-based Angus Chemical Co. The sale of Angus and AgroFresh Inc. could bring in a combined $2 billion, Reuters reported. Angus makes additives used in paints, personal care products and cosmetics.
