(CALUMET PARK) Five people are being questioned after a South Side man was fatally shot Monday in south suburban Calumet Park.

Anthony McMillen, 21, was shot in the head in the 12600 block of South Elizabeth in Calumet Park, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Calumet Park Police Chief Mark Davis said McMillen was shot about 3 p.m. Monday. The incident started with an argument in the street with several people over something that happened with his sister, who lives in Calumet Park.

McMillen, of the 7700 block of South Maryland in Chicago, was pronounced dead at Stroger Hospital at 8:44 p.m. Monday, according to the medical examiner’s office. An autopsy Tuesday ruled his death a homicide.

Five suspects are in custody, though no charges had been filed as of Wednesday morning, Davis said.
