A man is in critical condition after he was stabbed early Sunday at his home in the Far South Side Morgan Park neighborhood.

The 55-year-old man was stabbed in the abdomen by a friend inside his home in the 10900 block of South Emerald about 12:10 a.m., police said.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he is listed in critical condition.

The man refused to provide investigators with any further information, police said.
