A 15-year-old girl and her 3-month-old daughter who were reported missing Thursday from the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side have been found.

Shelby Caine went missing from the 1000 block of North Central Park with her daughter Zoey, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

The mother and daughter were found safely, police announced late Friday.
