DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR

THURSDAY, APRIL 23, 2015

In the morning, the President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.

In the afternoon, the President will welcome the Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots to the White House to honor the team and their Super Bowl XLIX victory. This visit will continue the tradition begun by President Obama of honoring sports teams for their efforts to give back to their communities. This event on the South Lawn is open to pre-credentialed media. The deadline to request media credentials has passed.

In the evening, the President will deliver remarks at an Organizing for Action event and will deliver remarks and answer questions at an Organizing for Action dinner. The President’s first remarks are pooled for TV and stills and open to pre-credentialed correspondents. There will be print pool coverage for the dinner remarks only.
