WASHINGTON — EMILY’s List hits Chicago on June 15 for a fundraising luncheon to raise money for viable Democratic female candidates who support abortion rights. Sen. Claire McCaskill D- Mo., will be one of the speakers.

EMILY’s List President Stephanie Schriock will have two Senate candidates the group is backing at the luncheon, Rep. Tammy Duckworth D-Ill., running for the seat now held by Sen. Mark Kirk R-Ill., and Rep. Donna Edwards D-Md., in a Democratic primary for the open Maryland slot.

The ticket tiers for the event, at the W City Center in the Loop, range from $100 to $5,000.
