A 14-year-old girl who went missing last week from the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side has been found safe.

Ayliehla Fairfax was last seen in the 900 block of South Sacramento on May 17, according to a missing persons alert issued Monday.

Police said Tuesday morning that Ayliehla was found safe and reunited with her family.
