Police are searching for a 73-year-old woman who has not been seen since she walked out of her nursing home early Thursday in the Northwest Side Logan Square neighborhood.

Maria Ramos left the Woodbridge Nursing Home at 2242 N. Kedzie at 2:45 a.m. and did not return, according to a high-risk missing person alert from Chicago Police.

Police said she suffers from dementia.

Ramos is described as a 4-foot-11, 110-poun Hispanic woman with brown hair, brown eyes and olive complexion. She was last seen wearing a blue windbreaker and a patch over her left eye.
