In the morning, the President and the Vice President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.
In the afternoon, the President will present the Commander-in-Chief Trophy to the United States Air Force Academy football team. This event in the East Room is open press.
Later in the afternoon, the President will travel to Portland, Oregon. The departure from the South Lawn is open press, and the arrival at Oregon Air National Guard Base is open to pre-credentialed media.
In the evening, the President will deliver remarks at a DNC event. There will be travel pool coverage of the President’s remarks.
The President will remain overnight in Oregon.
