A 16-year-old girl reported missing last week from her home in the Northwest Side Portage Park neighborhood has been found.

Jasmine Rice had last been seen Thursday leaving her home in the 5200 block of West School Street, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

She has since been located safely, police said Sunday. No other details were released.
