A crash with injuries has closed some lanes of the James Addams Memorial Tollway on Wednesday afternoon in northwest suburban Hoffman Estates.

The two-vehicle crash happened on westbound I-90 near Barrington Road a few minutes before 1 p.m., according to Illinois State Police.

The left and middle lane of the westbound lanes were closed for the investigation, police said.

Police did not provide details about the number or severity of the injuries.
