A 79-year-old man with dementia who went missing Saturday afternoon from his Humboldt Park neighborhood home on the West Side has been located.

Delfin Marquetti left his home in the 1400 block of North California about 3:45 p.m., according to an alert issued Saturday evening.

Authorities said Sunday afternoon that he had been found safely. No other details were released.
