An autopsy was inconclusive Wednesday on a Willowbrook woman who was found dead Tuesday after being reported missing on Sunday.

Gloria Godinez, 66, was reported missing by her family from her home in the Waterford Subdivision on Sunday, according to Willowbrook police and the DuPage County coroner’s office.

She told her family she was walking to the Five Seasons Health Club at Madison and Plainfield roads in Burr Ridge, police said, and was last seen entering the club.

During a search, a Willowbrook police officer found the body of a woman lying near a fence in a bushy area in the 400 block of Plainfield Road, police said. She was later identified as Godinez.

The preliminary results of an autopsy performed Wednesday were inconclusive, according to the coroner’s office, which will conduct further testing to determine cause and manner of her death.

“At this point in the investigation, there is no reason to believe there is any threat to the community,” a statement from police said.
