A 27-year-old man died nearly a month after he was involved in a crash on the Northwest Side.

Isaac Santiago died at 7:02 a.m. Friday at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Santiago was involved in a crash on Aug. 7 in the 2600 block of North Oak Park Avenue, the same block where he lived, according to the medical examiner’s office.

An autopsy found he died of complications of multiple injuries from the crash, and his death was ruled an accident.

Chicago Police could not immediately provide details about the crash.
