SHARE 16-year-old boy missing from North Lawndale

Chicago Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a 16-year-old boy who went missing two weeks ago from the North Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side.

Trevon Grant was last seen Aug. 29 in the 1400 block of South Kolin Avenue, according to an alert from Chicago Police.

He is described as a 5-foot-8, 137 pound black boy with black hair, brown eyes and a medium complexion. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, black pants and black boots, according to the alert.

Grant is known to frequent Vincennes Avenue from 103rd to 111th Streets and East Chicago in Indiana.
