White Sox fans will not want to hear this.

Despite some big moves in the offseason, the stat gurus at Fangraphs project the White Sox to finish 81-81 this season, just five games better than they were a year ago.

With the additions of Todd Frazier and Brett Lawrie to an already underachieving lineup, most fans would expect bigger things, but the numbers tell a different story.

Fangraphs has the White Sox finishing second in the AL Central behind the Indians at 85-77.

Worse yet for Sox fans—the Cubs are projected to have the best record at 95-67.
