Two people were injured Saturday when a car rear-ended a CTA bus in Hyde Park on the South Side.

The crash happened about 10 a.m. near the intersection of Hyde Park Boulevard and Lake Park Avenue, Chicago fire officials said.

One person was taken to Mercy Hospital in good-to-fair condition and the other was taken to University of Chicago Medical Center in fair-to-serious condition, officials said.
