A 16-year-old girl was reported missing from Homan Square on the West Side. 

Brooklyn Crowder was last seen June 12 in the 3600 block of West Fillmore Street, according to an alert from Chicago police. She is known to frequently visit Springfield and Quincy. 

She is 5-foot-6, 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. It is not known what she was last seen wearing.
