Girl, 14, missing from West Rogers Park

A 14-year-old girl has been reported missing from West Rogers Park on the North Side.

Mumtaz Rafik was last seen Thursday in the 6100 block of North Talman Avenue, Chicago police said.

Police described Rafik as a 5-foot-3, 120-pound girl with brown eyes and black hair. It was not known what Rafik was wearing when she went missing.
