A 16-year-old boy has been missing from McKinley Park on the South Side since February.

Axel Benetez was last seen Feb. 27 in the 3400 block of South Hermitage Avenue, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police.

Benetez is 5-foot-7 and 150 pounds with brown eyes, brown hair and a light-brown complexion, police said.

He was last seen wearing a red sweatshirt, black pants and Nike sneakers, police said.
