A 39-year-old man was killed after he crashed an ATV into parked vehicles Sunday in Washington Park on the South Side.

He was northbound about 5 p.m. in the 6200 block of South King Drive when he hit three unoccupied vehicles, Chicago police said. The man was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

The Cook County medical examiner’s office hasn’t identified the man, but an autopsy ruled his death an accident.

Chicago police’s Major Accidents Unit is investigating.
