A 20-year-old man has been reported missing from Irving Park on the Northwest Side.

Tyshawn Henry was last seen June 5th at his mother’s house in the 4000 block of North Mozart Street, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police. He is also known to frequent the Maywood area.

Henry is 5-foot-7, 128 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, a medium-brown complexion, and has a tattoo of a rose on his right hand, police said.

He was last seen wearing blue and white jogging pants, and a black hoodie covered with white paint dots.
