A 23-year-old man was critically wounded in a shooting early Saturday in the Northwest Side Hermosa neighborhood.

About 2:35 a.m., he was walking in the 2100 block of North Pulaski when he heard shots and felt pain, according to Chicago Police. He had been shot in the leg.

The man was taken in critical condition to Mount Sinai Hospital, police said.
