A 31-year-old woman was shot late Friday in the Little Village neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

She was a passenger in a vehicle at 11:49 p.m. in the 2800 block of South Harding when she heard shots and felt pain, according to Chicago Police.

The woman had been grazed in the head and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, police said. Her condition was stabilized.
