Five men were shot late Monday in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The group was standing outside about 11:35 p.m. in the 3200 block of West Congress when shots rang out, according to Chicago Police.

A 32-year-old man suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was taken in critical condition to Mount Sinai Hospital, police said. Another man, 28, was shot in the mouth and also taken to Sinai in good condition.

A 33-year-old man was shot in the left foot: a 32-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the buttocks; and a 34-year-old man was shot in the left arm, police said. They were all taken to Stroger Hospital, where each man was listed in good condition.
