Miguel Martinez, 35, a two-time convicted felon and reported ranking member of the Insane Deuces, is wanted on federal charges stemming from violent crimes and distribution of illegal drugs, according to the federal agency.

He is charged with conspiracy to commit multiple shootings, homicides and other violent crimes during a war with rival gangs in the summer of 2002, according to an alert from the ATF.

Martinez—also known as “Big Mike” or “Fat Mike”—has been reported to still be in the area, according to the ATF. He formerly lived in the western suburbs.

He is described as 6-foot-1 and 235 pounds with brown shaved hair and brown eyes.

The agency is offering a reward of up to $5,000 information about Martinez’s whereabouts, but warns that he is armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information should call the ATF at (888) 283-8477.
