SHARE Crash on Dan Ryan leaves motorcyclist in serious condition

A motorcyclist is in serious condition following a crash on the Dan Ryan Expressway Thursday night.

About 11:20 p.m., a vehicle and motorcycle collided in the northbound lanes near 69th Street, Illinois State Police said.

The man driving the motorcycle – who was only said to be an adult – was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he is in serious condition “with non life-threatening injuries,” police said.

No one else was injured.

Additional details surrounding the crash were not available.
