Chicago Police are searching for an 87-year-old man with Alzheimer’s disease who has been reported missing from the West Side Humboldt Park neighborhood.

Charles Green, of the 3300 block of West Ohio, was last seen at 9 a.m. Friday, according to a missing person alert from police. He knows his name, but not his home address or any of his relatives’ phone numbers.

He was described as a 5-foot-3, 167-pound black man with brown eyes, gray hair and a medium complexion. He was last seen wearing a black suit jacket, a beige polo shirt, khaki dress pants and black loafers, police said.
