How can the alderman of the 46th Ward balance bringing economic development to the ward and keeping it affordable?

That was the big question when the Chicago Sun-Times editorial board met with candidates at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 5, ahead of the Chicago municipal election on Feb. 24.

The 46th Ward includes parts of Uptown, Buena Park and Lake View.
