Two men were wounded in a shooting Sunday evening in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The shooting happened about 6 p.m. in the 1500 block of North Kostner Avenue, according to Chicago police.

A 19-year-old man was shot in his abdomen and was taken to Stroger Hospital in serious condition, police said. A 20-year-old man was struck in his hand and was in good condition at the same hospital.

Police said the men were withholding details about the shooting.
